Manage Siebel Projects
Responsible for people management, resource management & supporting the management for managing the UT of the team
Responsible for training & skills ramp up for the team in Shanghai
Responsible for maintaining high quality & on time deliverables for all projects
Responsible for controlling attrition in the team & keeping the team stable

职位要求：

Master in computer science or related disciplines Should have at least 8 years working experience Minimum of 2 year Siebel development experience using Siebel tools Should have experience in Project management & PM tools & methodologies Should have experience of managing people Should have experience of managing offshore projects & should be familiar with onsite/offshore model of delivering projects Should have good English speaking capabilities
