In this position you will be responsible for the successful delivery of application development projects. Your responsibilities will also include but not be limited to: - Utilize Agile Methodologies to manage full life-cycle development of large, complex, J2EE & .NET projects
- Manage team dynamics, delivering coaching and candid feedback
- Set expectations and build relationships at the CEO/CTO/CIO level
- Leverage understanding of client business needs to deliver superior solutions
- Assess client needs for additional services and development opportunities
- Travel to work at client sites, which may include international travel

职位要求：
|
- 7+ years of experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation, most of which with large scale OO applications
- 4+ years of Project Management experience on custom-designed, full life-cycle application development projects
- Exceptional consulting and client management skills, including Program Management organization, presentations, project planning, managing expectations
- Experience managing large teams (20+ people) is a plus
- Experience in application (package) or system deployment, including implementation and enhancements is a plus
- Extensive OOAD and formal methodology knowledge and experience, preferably Agile Methodologies

- Broad technical knowledge of application architecture, system architecture, application integration, relational databases, and object oriented languages
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Energy, Government and/or Retail would be a huge plus
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Computer Information Systems or a related field or the equivalent
- Able to travel to client sites, including international travel
- Fluent in written and oral English
