More than 3 years Java/J2EE projects experiences.
Familiar with OOA/OOD and Design patterns.
Familiar with Struts/Hibernate/Spring/Maven/JMock or other open source frameworks.
Familiar with Web Services/XML development.
Familiar with Google Web Toolkit is preferred.
Familiar with Scrum process is preferred.
