? Bachelors or above degree in related major, with 3+year related experience
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills on network and protocols.
? Experience and knowledge on telecommunication protocols: SIP, RTP/RTCP, TCP/IP, etc.
? Experiences in security protocols and architecture design
? Strong network software development skill using C & C++.
? Deeply understanding on software development process.
? Strong foundation and knowledge object oriented programming.
? High performance team player and self starter.
? Good communication skills.
? Writing and communication skills in English will be an added plus
