ְλÃèÊö£º	The job holder has overall responsibility for information security within RTCL. You will be based in Beijing development center and supports the center in ensuring the protection of information assets. You will be responsible for performing security risk assessments and improving the performance and effectiveness of information security in the center. You will work with the CAO enterprise architect, functional and business groups to ensure that security processes are integrated into their business and work processes. Responsibilities: 1¡¢Proactively identify security process and practice improvement opportunities 2¡¢Together with enterprise architect (technical governance), integrate security practices process into process of functional units e.g. Development¡¯s SDLC and architecture practices 3¡¢Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations on infrastructure and development projects in Beijing Development Center 4¡¢Ensure security are integrated into the working practices of  offshore centres and be responsible for the information security of Beijing center 5¡¢Liaise with Enterprise architect to ensure that security objectives are met in the project technical governance review 6¡¢Ensure that datelines and commitments of actions are followed and completed 7¡¢Keep track of and be aware of recent/coming developments in the business and functional areas that may have security implications 8¡¢Build and maintain relationships regional security and business areas to identify risk areas for future review 9¡¢Determine training requirements for security processes to ensure internal compliance
ְλҪÇó£º	1¡¢Bachelor¡¯s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 2¡¢Excellent written and spoken English is essential for this role 3¡¢Ideal candidate will have at  least 4 years of relevant experience in a information security role in a large multinational organization 3¡¢Professional security qualification: e.g.  CISSP, CISA 4¡¢Extensive knowledge of information security (including risk assessments), computing and networking technologies. 5¡¢Experience in integrating security practices in development lifecycle.   6¡¢Development and project management experience is an advantage 7¡¢Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 8¡¢Must be able to work and build partnerships in cross-cultural environment   9¡¢Basic training and presentation skills 10¡¢Flexibility and an appreciation of a fast-changing and international environment 11¡¢Ability to co-ordinate resources and manage relationships outside of direct line of responsibility 12¡¢2 years programming/ QA/ testing experience within development centre environment. 13¡¢Participated in SDLC to produce products.
