1) Proven Database platform mastery (MS SQL Server primarily, MySQL second, Oracle third)
2) Proven Developer skills (C#, Java)
3) Some consultative experience that can be expressed as someone who worked as a consultant specifically, or someone who worked with an internal client group or external clients to determine business requirements, analyze issues, and listen and translate business and technical needs to workable solutions.
4) The ability to communicate with business executives at our client sites (General Manager types, CTO’s, IT Directors, etc). English is a must.
