职位描述: |
Contribute to the creation and the development of the game system of a video game by fully understanding and developing the intentions of the creative direction. Supports the creative direction by developing and refining ideas about the gameplay, the game system, game modes and universes.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Contribute to the global game design concept with the creative direction (either the creative director or the producer) by proposing original ideas and explaining them
- Identify and analyse competition games that can represent a reference
- Propose game design ideas and game modes (Description, justification and consistency)
- Build the game system according to the creative direction’s guidelines
- Propose Produce game design reference documents and provide the team with them (design team and other activities). E.g.: Game system, characters’ actions descriptions, ingredients list, technical constraints…
- Study technical feasibility with other activities (programmers, graphic artists, animators…)
- Research design solutions to balance the quality and schedule
- Study and propose gameplay optimizations and improvement

职位要求: |
- Deep understanding of game industry development and the orientation of market
- Deep understanding of the core value of main game genres.
- Strong in organization and logical thinking, able to deliver consistent and realist system supporting high concept
- Good knowledge of the technical constraints of target consoles, has game engine experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the development technique on at least 1 level editor on the market (ACP, Jade, Unreal, Igor, Render ware…)
- Excellent skills on office tools
- Good knowledge on graphical tools to help express concepts. Ex: Photoshop, 3DS max.
- Excellent Communication skills both in Chinese and English
- Great passion on game development and intrested in new things |
