Planning Responsibility: 1. Work closely with the Venue Technology Manager to ensure that the IT planning for the Venue is completed; produces and is responsible for all IT equipment orders, delivery and installation at his Venue 2. Coordinate the design of the Venue IT infrastructure 3. Participate in the production of project plans 4. Identify and report to the Venue Planning and Operation Manager those problems that are likely to affect the quality of the Operations 5. Identify and report to the Implementation Planning Manager those problems that are likely to affect the quality of installation and commissioning at the Venue 6. Manage and coordinate the production of operational procedures for his Venue Venue Responsibility: 1. Manage the deployment of IT equipment (PC, laptops, servers, printers, fax, copiers, networking equipment) at the venue 2. Maintain responsibility and accountability for ALL IT equipment that is deployed at the venue 3. Timely update VEM according to the equipment status 4. More generally, strictly adhere to the Implementation policies 5. Manage the changes related with IT equipment, space, staff. 6. Work closely with the IT suppliers, to ensure their commitments for the Operations at his Venue are in sync with what is requested 7. Ensure adequate provision of Helpdesk services for supporting User requests for information and problems at his Venue for IT Equipment; manages the Helpdesk Supervisor at the Venue Deliver the highest level of service to the user within the Service Level 8. Ensure that the volunteer staff is fully conversant with all of the tasks that they are required to do and make sure that their experience is satisfying and fulfilling. Arrange and perform the onsite IT training and rehearsal when required. 9. Regularly visit key customers (press, broadcast, sports) in the venue, as well as Results in Competion venues 10. Effectively supervise the IT staff of the venue, delegate tasks to staff. 11. Adhere to ALL IT policies and procedures 12. Manages the decommissioning of IT Equipment at the venue

Technically proficient, but not a specialist (management and organizational skills are more of a priority over technical knowledge). 5、 Good personal management skills 6、Good telephone etiquette. 7、 Ability to work well under pressure is essential. 8、 Ability to multi-task is essential. 9、Ability to work in a multi-cultural and international environment 10、Fluent English required; other languages useful but not essential.
