职位描述：	To ensure that all customer inquiries and alerts are dealt with efficiently according to the agreed service level agreements, always aiming to exceed the customers expectations.
职位要求：	1) Minimum of 12 months experience working in a commercial HelpDesk or Support role 2) Minimum of 12 months experience working with ·MS Office suite 3) Knowledge of networking, the Internet, VPN’s and terminal services 4) PC Installation and Configuration 5) Minimum of 6 months experience of SQL Server 6) Good command of English.
