¡¤ MS/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred;

¡¤ At least 8 years working experience in software development industry;

¡¤ 5+ years experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing of scalable, distributed, fault-tolerant applications;

¡¤ Expertise required in object-oriented design methodology and application development in Java and J2EE, including servlets, JSP, Java Beans, JDBC. C++ a plus. Knowledge of XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML required;

¡¤ Project experience with IBM WebSphere or other J2EE application servers required;

¡¤ Hands-on experience with J2EE application;

¡¤ Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus in a high velocity, high quality environment;

¡¤ Strong programming skills in Java, C/C++ and SQL;

¡¤ Familiarity with one of the following relational database systems: Oracle, or SQL Server;

¡¤ Good knowledge of testing methodologies, testing tools, testing process, process improvement;

¡¤ Multiple platform experience is a plus: Windows NT, Linux, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX;

¡¤ Good knowledge of CMM/CMMI;

¡¤ Proven track record of successful management of several projects with on-time and on-budget delivery;

¡¤ Strong ability to handle big and remote teams;

¡¤ Strong communication skills including internal team coaching and formal presentations;

¡¤ Self-motivated, highly organized, responsive, analytical and problem solving skills;

¡¤ Mature professional with ambition and passion;

¡¤ Fluent in English communication, both writing and speaking;

¡¤ Having work experience in multi-national company or oversea relate working experience is preferred.
