职位描述：

1. Design and develop highly scalable and reliable enterprise n-tier distributed applications using Java/J2EE technologies in a dynamic environment.

2. Design Java components using Java and J2EE design patterns.

3. Produce high quality production software using industry best practices.

4. Interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
职位要求：

1. Solid experience implementing and supporting complex enterprise software integration.

2. Experience using or contributing to open source projects.

3. Expertise with Java and J2EE software and technologies.

4. Experience developing enterprise level Java web technologies in a UNIX/Linux Environment.

5. Good knowledge of Spring, Tomcat, XML, XSLT, Servlets, web services, JDBC, SQL,EJB, SOAP.

6. Experience with message-oriented middleware (JMS, MQSeries) and EAI.

7. Experience writing test plans and designing test cases.

8. Extensive white box test automation experience for Java-based software (JUnit, Maven).

9. Experience designing and running large scale performance tests and benchmarks.
