职位描述：
|
1. Determine and implement appropriate quality sampling plans for production inspection;
决定和执行适当的产品抽样检验方法；
2. Analyze defect data (production, scrap, and RGAs) to ensure root cause resolution. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvements. Promotes use of Corrective Action System;
分析缺陷数据以决定根本原因。启用纠正措施和持续改进。促进使用纠正措施系统；
3. Report quality trend weekly and monthly;
每周、每月报告质量趋势；
4. Help to improve process capability, e.g. process audit;
协助提高工序能力，如：过程审核；
5. Plan, schedule, and implement training for quality control personnel and any other employees whose work directly or indirectly affect products quality;
计划并对质量控制人员和其它直接或间接对质量产生影响的员工进行培训；
6. Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with Company’s policies and applicable laws;
依照公司政策和相关法律执行管理职责；
7. Actively lead teams, which involve various functions towards problem solving and work excellence;
积极引导包括不同职能的团队出色的解决问题；
8. Monitor block stock, ensure to clean all goods for manufacturing process material.
监测不良品库存，确保清理所有制程中不良品。

|
职位要求：
|
1. Bachelor’s degree of engineering, electrical or mechanical;
工程、电气或制造专业本科毕业；
2. Strong understanding of quality principles and tools (e.g., TQM, SPC, FMEA, GR&R etc);
充分理解质量原理和应用工具；
3. 2-3 years management experience required;
2-3年工作经验；
4. Possess knowledge of TS16949 or equivalent;
拥有TS16949知识或相关知识；
5. Proficiency with ERP/SAP, MS Office, MS Mail and Internet;
熟练ERP/SAP，办公自动化，邮件和网络；
6. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from engineers, managers and customers;
能够向工程师、经理和客户提供有效信息；
7. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, evaluations and other similar papers;
能够书写报告、业务书信、评估和其它相似文件；
8. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general professional journals, or technical papers;
能够阅读、分析和说明专业书籍或技术论文；
9. Ability to communicate with internal and external partners;
能够和内部和外部合作者沟通；
10. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
