职位描述:
|
1. Acts as customer focal point during the tooling development process. Communicates the voice of the customer to the tooling organization with reference to the project. Instill customer confidence in Molex Chengdu Tooling Center and develops a positive relationship with the customer. Is responsive and timely to customers request for information and deliverables. Manage the customer to ensure that Tooling Center meets our Project plan and customer expectations are met;
2. Acts as the Team Leader. Report barriers clearly and concisely to gain management action. Facilitate win-win scenarios between team members for the overall project benefit. Drive and focus the team on the execution of the Project Plan. Work efficiently and effectively with team members and their functional managers. Responsible to achieve the Project Plan requirements for Cost, Quality and Timing. Make sure the Molex New Product Development process and procedures are followed;
3. Perform Project Management function. Make use of Project Management methodologies such as Action Item Lists, Team meetings, Change Control, Timelines, etc. to manage the team through execution of the Project Plan. Execute professional, informative and timely Project Phase Reviews;
4. Perform Risk Management to protect the Project Plan. Work with product development team to identify potential risks to plan execution and identify appropriate Mitigation or Contingency Plans. Get management support for proactive activities to meet the Project Plan;
5. Provide tooling quotation to customer and manage the tooling cost and expense within set budget. Constantly monitor actual cost expand versus quotation. Tracking quotation hit rate;
6. Work closely with tooling vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet Molex’s expectation for timing, cost and quality in support of the tooling. Provide leadership in vendor management and conduct periodic vendor audit together with QA and Purchasing;
7. Supports Molex TQM and Six Sigma initiatives by following approved policies and procedures; 8. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

职位要求:
|
1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tooling related equivalent;
2. 5 years experience in project management, quality, or Tooling design or fabrication;
3. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent presentation, facilitation and negotiation skills, decision-making capabilities, conflict resolution, risk management;
4. Excellent written and oral communications skills, Travel as required and accessibility via phone to participate in global conference calls as required.
