职位要求：

1、Bachelors Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related fields.
2、At least 4 years of software development experience.
3、Strong knowledge of software development life cycles.
4、Experience in an organisation practising Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model Integration (SEI-CMMI).
5、Experience in auditing and reviewing projects using the SEI-CMMI framework, including involvement in mini or formal assessments.
6、Understanding and appreciating the business benefits of process improvement.
7、Experience in leading teams and staff management.
8、Experience in delivering process training.
9、Good interpersonal and communication skills.
10、Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
11、Good spoken Mandarin is an asset.
