Requirement: 1) Major in Computer Science or equivalent qualification. 2) Above CET-4. 3) At least 3 years experience in software development (in Java or Dot NET domain) and 2 years experince in software testing. 4) Master Oracle and SQL Server. Experience in data warehousing is preferred. 5) Familiar with software testing progress and testing tools such as clearquest. 6) Possess strong ability in file edit and good presentation skill is preferred. 7) Possessapptitude&abilityin testing,patience, passion and teamwork spirits.

b. Job description: Perform test design, conduct system & regression tests of application system based on functional/design specifications. Carry out critical analysis of test results for corrective & preventive actions. Key responsibilities may include 1) Understand the scope of testing for the project 2) Identify process and methodologies to be used 3) Define the test strategy and prepare test plan for the project 4) Submit test plan to Test Manager for review 5) Review the test strategy and test plan with Project Manager /Project Leader of development team 6) Get the approval of test plan from Project Manager 7) Monitor and analyse the actual performance against the plan, and ensure timely adaptive action is taken. 8) Review the work completed by Test Designer and Tester 9) Analyse the test results and highlight the potential risk 10) Maintain test statistics, prepare Monthly Test Summary Report, submit to Test Manager and Project Manager 11) Follow up on regression test arrangement and testing 12) Highlight issues and deviations to Project Leader or Project Manager where appropriate 13 ) Lead and coach test team |
