职位描述：

· Manage and drive QA department that orchestrates multiple projects and cross-functions in the same time. · Will do hand-on work to plan, execute testing plans, and to communicate with different customers in the timely way; · Manage and hand-on work in both function-based and project-based ordinary works. · Will do research and to be able to foresee technical trends in QA, SVT, Test Automation and System test. · Cultivate and monitor team members in both technical skill and process improvement. · Prepare business analysis for internal and external customers. · Write system test plans, test designs, and test documentation. · Conduct technical review of project and product documentation, tutorials, and support materials. · Enforce product and release quality standards and processes.

职位要求：
|
· B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or other equivalent. (M.S. preferred); · Minimum 8 years in Quality Engineering/Assurance field, with 3 years in managerial level, preferably at a software company; · As well as at least 3 years programming experience in Java or .net; · Experience in designing, building and maintaining test benches for executing test cases in compliance with the test plan. Preferably experience with test lab and pertinent infrastructure architecture; · Thorough experience with software development life cycles and product metrics; · Fundamental understanding of software and the software process; · Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of CMM5 standards and other quality assurance systems; · Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills; · Strong leadership and people management skills; · Self-motivated and resulted-oriented; · Fluent in both written and spoken English.
