职位描述及要求：

1. Working knowledge of server-side languages. Good PHP knowledge (minimum 2 years proven experience).
2. Good HTML/CSS knowledge (minimum 2 years proven experience).
3. Good MySQL knowledge (minimum 2 years proven experience).
4. Working JavaScript experience.
5. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and requirements.
6. Understanding of the HTTP request/response cycle and other HTTP elements like cookies, caching, etc.
7. Strong understanding of web technologies, web design, and web architectures.
8. Good sense of optimization of web site performance.
9. Eager to learn new technologies.
10. A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
